Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. It applies to smb.sunver.in.

1. What we collect

• Business and contact details you enter on the sample-pack form or during onboarding: name, email, phone, business name, what your business does, who your customers are and the area you serve.
• Billing details at checkout: name, email, phone, billing address, state and PIN code, and your GSTIN if you provide one. These are legally required to issue a GST tax invoice.
• Payment records: the transaction reference, amount and status returned by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials — those are entered on the gateway's own page.
• Technical data: IP address and timestamps, recorded for fraud prevention, rate limiting and as part of the order record required for payment dispute handling.

2. Why we use it

• To generate and deliver your content packs.
• To take payment and issue the GST invoice the law requires us to issue.
• To email you delivery links, renewal reminders and service notices.
• To prevent abuse of the free sample facility.
• To meet tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the processors that run the Service:

• Payment gateway (Easebuzz) — billing name, email, phone, address and amount, to process payment.
• Email delivery (Brevo) — your email address and message content, to send your packs, invoices and reminders.
• AI generation providers (Google Gemini, KIE) — your business description and content brief, to generate the posts, images and video. We do not send them your billing details, phone number or payment information.
• Hosting — our servers, located in India.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

4. How long we keep it

Invoices, orders and the associated billing records are retained for eight years, as required under Indian tax law. Delivered content packs and generated assets are retained while your account is active and for twelve months afterwards, so you can still reach past deliveries. Sample-pack leads that never convert are retained for twelve months and then deleted.

5. Marketing email and unsubscribing

Every non-transactional email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Transactional messages — delivery links, invoices, renewal notices — are part of the Service and continue while your account is active.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for the administrator console. The public pages, the sample-pack form and checkout set no advertising or analytics cookies, and we run no third-party trackers.

7. Content-pack links

Your pack lives at a private, unguessable link. Those pages are served with noindex and no-referrer so they are not indexed by search engines and the link is not leaked to any site you click through to. Treat the link as private and do not post it publicly.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@sunver.in and we will respond within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain — principally tax invoices — cannot be deleted before their retention period ends.

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production data is restricted to the operator. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you.
