These terms govern your use of the Sunver AI Social Media Boost service at
smb.sunver.in ("the Service"), operated by the company named below.
By subscribing you agree to them.
The Service generates a recurring pack of social media content — written posts, captions and accompanying images (and video on plans that include it) — based on the business details you supply. Volume, formats and features depend on your plan; the current entitlements for each plan are shown on our plans page and on your invoice.
Packs are delivered every week on your delivery day, 09:00 IST to a private link sent to your registered email address. Your delivery day is set when you submit the brand profile form, and the first pack is generated immediately on submission. We do not publish to your social media accounts and never ask for your account passwords.
Content is produced with automated AI systems and then delivered to you. It can contain factual errors, and phrasing or imagery may resemble other content produced by similar systems. You are responsible for reviewing every pack before publishing. We do not warrant that content is unique, factually accurate, or fit for any particular regulatory or advertising standard that applies to your industry.
You own the content delivered to you and may publish, edit and reuse it without restriction. We retain ownership of the Service itself — the platform, prompts, templates and software. We may reference that you are a customer only with your permission.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. A GST tax invoice is emailed after each successful payment.
Billing does not auto-renew. We do not store your card and no mandate is taken. Before a period ends we email you a payment link; the Service continues only if you choose to pay it.
We aim to deliver every scheduled pack on time. If generation partially fails we may deliver a reduced pack and tell you what is missing. Sustained non-delivery is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, attempts to abuse the free sample facility, or uses the Service unlawfully. Where we end an account without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or reputational harm arising from content you chose to publish.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
